If you cancel your registration from camp, we retain the entire registration fee. Family camp fees are treated on a scale basis (See family camp cancellation policy statement below).

Family Camp Cancelation Policy
*If a family cancels 30 or more days before camp begins, all payments are refunded excluding a $50 withholding fee. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before camp begins, a $75 withholding fee is retained. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before camp begins, the entire $100 registration fee is retained.
Ladies Heart Conference
*Since the ladies heart conference held at an off- site resort, we are obligated to pay the resort for reservations. Therefore, Northland retains some of the money for processing and the remaining non-refundable amount goes to the resort. (The full conference fee will be charged for any cancellations made within three days of the conference).
