a volunteer work event mashed with a men’s retreat

Join us for an exciting event of harvesting wood by day and fun and fellowship by night!

There is no cost for this event but you are welcome to give a donation to offset our expenses.

THURSDAY
Registration: 2-3pm
2-3 Sharpen chain saws
3-5 Split wood and clear brush
5:15-6 Activities
6:00 Dinner
7:00 Devotional around the campfire
7:30-9 Laser Tag, Rec Hall games
FRIDAY
7am Breakfast, Coffee, Morning Devos
8-12:30 Cut down trees, stack wood, haul out
12:30 Lunch
1-6 Back in the woods
3:00 Coffee Delivery
6:15 Dinner
7:00 Devotional by the campfire
7:30-9 Throwing axes and cross cut saw competitions
SATURDAY
7am Breakfast, Coffee, Morning Devos
8-12:30 Cut down trees, stack wood, haul out
12:30 Lunch
Departure: 1pm
1:15-2:45 Gun Range open

Please bring your own bedding (twin xl), towels, toiletries, chainsaws, other lumberjack tools, and protective gear. If you’d like to, bring you own guns and fishing poles to use during the time for activities.

This event is geared towards adult men. However, we do welcome teens 16+ as long as they attend with an adult.

We strongly advise you to bring your own safety and protective gear.
In addition, you will also be asked to sign a liability form for this event. This can be done in your online registration or when you arrive if you register by phone.
