Our Northland team is made up of dedicated, servant hearted people. From program staff to maintenance crew to kitchen workers, each staff member is dedicated to the mission of Northland Camp and to serving the Lord with every aspect of their life.

JEFF KAHL

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jeff received his degree from Northland Baptist Bible College, served on Northland camp staff after graduating, helped another camp get back on its feet, and returned to Northland as the Executive Director. He is originally from Detroit, Michigan but now resides in North Carolina with his wife Carol.
ERIC HERB

CAMP DIRECTOR
Eric is originally from the Houghton Lake area of north central Michigan. He received his degree from Pensacola Christian College, served as a youth pastor for two years, and has served in nearly every capacity of Camp ministry for over 15 years. He joined the Northland family in the fall of 2018 along with his wife Amanda and his three children.

JANICE DRISCOLL

OFFICE MANAGER
Janice spent multiple summers as summer staff before joining the team officially as our Office Manager in 2025. We’re incredibly grateful to have this Ohio native join our team. Along with her great organization skills and attention to details, she brings with her a joyful spirit, a love for the Lord and His creation, and yes, a love for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

ISAAC RAGAN

FACILITIES DIRECTOR
Isaac joined the Northland family in the spring of 2020, along with his wife Tera and five children. He is originally from the Houghton Lake area in north central Michigan. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in various capacities of maintenance ministry whether for church, work, or just volunteering.
