MEET OUR WONDERFUL TEAM

Our Northland team is made up of dedicated, servant hearted people. From program staff to maintenance crew to kitchen workers, each staff member is dedicated to the mission of Northland Camp and to serving the Lord with every aspect of their life.

Eric Herb

CAMP DIRECTOR
Eric is originally from the Houghton Lake area of north central Michigan. He received his degree from Pensacola Christian College, served as a youth pastor for two years, and has served in nearly every capacity of Camp ministry for over 15 years. He joined the Northland family in the fall of 2018 along with his wife Amanda and his three children.

Isaac Ragan

FACILITIES DIRECTOR
Isaac joined the Northland family in the spring of 2020, along with his wife Tera and five children. He is originally from the Houghton Lake area in north central Michigan. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in various capacities of maintenance ministry whether for church, work, or just volunteering.

Shawn + Lauren Rader

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BRAND COORDINATOR
Shawn came on staff in the spring of 2019 to work as a Program Assistant, while Lauren stayed home with their two boys. When the kids were a little older, Lauren joined the staff as Brand Coordinator, taking on photography, social media, and various other forms of communications. Eventually Shawn’s role would develop to include information technology and mechanic work.

Tanner Bladine

MAINTENANCE AND GROUNDS
Tanner grew up at Northland as the son of a long-time staff member. He began working at Northland on summer staff beginning in 2016. Then in 2022, he joined the full-time staff on the maintenance team.
